Juan Tavolara

After working hard to get all young farmers tin Peru together, at 1-7-19, we decided to hold a meeting to formalise the young association: “Juventud Agropecuaria”. The president of the seniors Federation (he is associated to our youth association) gave us all his support and has a chair on the board. Our main goal is to train and find future leaders for the agricultural livestock. Now, we focus on building the capacity of leaders, improve our financial administration and expand our livestock.
