Ruth Namaganda

I have 13 siblings, am born in West-Uganda and due to my parents who are farmers, my passion for farming was born. I have a small coffee farm (2ha) and a home for myself. I work at Kibinge Coffee Farmers Coop where I am a board member representing youth. I am a role model to many youth, female and others. Agriterra and Fairtrade Africa trained me in various aspects which helped me to create a lot of impact in communities. I believe that if you start small and stay focussed you can grow big.
